01

Sustainable technology

Selection and integration of technologies that improve efficiency, traceability, resilience and environmental performance.

02

Industrial decarbonisation

Engineering, assurance, ESG and energy-transition pathways for industrial and infrastructure environments.

03

Blue Economy

Ocean governance, maritime safety, coastal development and sustainable use of marine and port ecosystems.

04

Carbon & impact integrity

Project concepts connecting environmental accountability, measurable outcomes and responsible carbon-market preparation.

05

Institutional project structuring

Needs analysis, local-government dialogue, technical qualification and preparation for independent institutional review.

06

Knowledge & workforce

Training, academic cooperation and operational knowledge transfer designed to leave durable local capability.

03 ENGINEERING DELIVERY NETWORK

The technical force behind the Green Department.

Karen’s mandate carries the institutional and international layer; the engineering centres carry research, design, manufacture, industrial execution, assurance and workforce development.

The technical statements displayed inside the institutional slide are a team overview. Technology status is defined by the qualified RePG section and public technical reports below: the surface ORC platform has field evidence, while closed-loop AGS remains a site-specific development pathway.

04 RRSC AFRICA OPERATING NETWORK / GREEN DEPARTMENT

A continental structure—not a list of disconnected offices.

The platform combines continental leadership in Johannesburg, African coordination and technical assurance in New Cairo, a North African presidency in Tunis and country operating teams across Port Harcourt, Abidjan, Tripoli and the wider expansion perimeter.

This leadership graphic is an organisational overview. The verified operating status for each branch and centre is stated in the live status panels below; institutional access, accreditation or endorsement is never implied beyond documented qualifications.
