RRSC and CCT Conclude Their Joint Venture in China by Mutual Agreement
July 2026 .. RRSC and CCT China Communication Technology, partners and friends in the Chinese market since the beginning of RRSC’s presence in the country, have jointly decided to conclude their joint venture, Rob Rockefeller Standard Carbon Technology Services Shenzhen Limited.. 🤝
The heart of RRSC has profoundly changed:
RRSC today operates in : AI, CYBER, CYBERSECURITY , ORIGINAL CODE AI SOFTWARE ENGINEERING, GEOTHERMAL AGS – GEOPOLITICS ANALYSIS .
In The last 6 months RRSC has established partnerships with European and NATO entities in the field of defence and security.
These include the QUASAR Centre in Sofia, a European centre for quantum communication co-funded by the European Union, with which RRSC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding and will begin structuring, from next month, the expansion of the centre into an AI & Cyber and AI software production hub at the service of the European and NATO defence sector, with initiatives in preparation under the European Defence Fund and, in perspective, the NATO DIANA accelerator.
A further major NATO defence-related project will begin soon with a strategic NATO member country outside the European Union and North America. China Communication Technology is a state-linked group serving China’s governmental and institutional sector in strategic fields such as satellite communications.
Two roles of this nature can no longer coexist within a single joint venture, and both parties recognised it with clarity and mutual respect, protecting the positions and interests of each side.
Xiaoli Kong continues as President of RRSC for China, .. ..partnership and representation limited only to environmental sustainability projects, in accordance with international regulations and agendas.
Our president in China has also already guaranteed our Chinese branch an important new prestigious Head Quarter in Shenzhen 🇨🇳which will be operational from next week, and one representative office in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 🤝
